Job Responsibilities:
1. Consolidate training records and maintain company training database, ensure data provided timely and accurately.
2. Conduct company training plan efficiently according to training budget, seek the resources for both internal and external training courses.
3. Develop company internal training courses and cultivate company internal trainers.
4. Support to improve BC skill matrix for the development of multi-skilled operators, collaboration with business departments to identify Key Technical Know-hows and skills for Internal Technicians Promotion.
5. Support to design and implement talent development projects base on business needs.
6. Customer audit of training function.
7. Complete the company’s monthly payroll, ensure salary payment on time and accurately.
8. Be responsible for the maintenance of social insurance and housing fund, and daily management of suppliers.
9. Complete various reports timely, such as salary related reports, government statistical reports.
10. Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 5 years of MNC HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR Training function.
(Acceptable for Non-experience in C&B function but willing to take assigned combination tasks of C&B)
3. Good Microsoft Office skill.
4. Good communication skill. Hands-on ability to establish and develop training systems, especially for BC skill matrix.
5. Good English in reading and writing.
