Main Accountabilities
？ Cash Reimbursement check and payment
？ AP payment, including payment in advance, make sure that the required documents will be hand to treasury on schedule
？ Invoice receipt in SAP and arrange advance payment and clear them on time
？ Provide AP recon reports on time and to check all mistakes in the reports and make correction if necessary
？ Make SAP SEM report on time, to confirm the intercompany recon
？ Supporting of monthly closing and year end audit
？ Documents arrangement
？ Other ad hoc assistance to manager as required
？ When defining Global Standards, ensure compliance with HSE legislation and take into account state-of-the-art concepts to ensure healthy, safe and environmentally friendly production processes, workplaces and emergency concepts based on current risk assessments.

Education/Major:
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and accounting.
Experiences:
? More than 2 years of directly related accounting / finance experience.
? Understand Chinese tax law & IFRS
? Experience with SAP or other ERP system
Knowledge & Skills:
? Technically proficient in accounting;
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certificates:
? Certificated amount(middle level)
Foreign language:
Fluent in written English.
Computer ability:
Familiar with office software application, SAP is a plus
Personal Quality:
? Good team spirit.
