Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and master the core technology and core product context of Miltenyi, and provide technical support to customers and distributors in accordance with the company's headquarters' technical procedures and specifications, including technical explanations, product training, (answering questions, solving problems), etc.;
- Provide on-site technical support to customers in the responsible area, and assist customers in successfully completing experiments;
- Responsible for the installation training of clinical equipment for customers;
- Summarize product and application experience, and team with the local sales team to carry out targeted technical presentations to core major customers to enhance the core competitiveness of Miltenyi products in the customer base;
- Based on the headquarters training materials, provide complete training and training tools for internal sales and distributors;
- Coordinate and deal with customer complaints of clinical products;
- Support the sales team to fulfill sales tasks and provide customers with continuous, satisfactory and timely technical support;
- Other affairs arranged by the company due to business needs.

Job Requirements:
- Have 1-2 years of cell therapy related work experience, or have experience in serving clinical clients and with outstanding performance;
- Master's degree or above, biology (molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, etc.) or medical related majors, those with cell culture experience are preferred;
- Good English proficiency, fluent in English reading and translation of scientific and technological documents, good oral skills;
- Proficient in Office software.
