岗位职责：
1.直接参与体外和体内药理学检测方法和平台的建设，协助前期文献调研，方法学建立及方案制定；Perform establishment of in vitro and in vivo analytical experimental platforms. Assist in literature review, methodology validation and study design.
2.在团队及主管带领下推动和落实体内实验动物模型建立和改建工作，参与动物实验，及与CRO和公司内部其它部门紧密合作推动药物研发项目顺利进行；Perform in vivo experimental animal model establishment and reconstruction under the guidance of the supervisor. Participate in animal studies, and work closely with CROs and other internal departments to support project progress.
3.参与细胞生物学研究，包括体外细胞培养、体外分子相互作用、细胞基因转染等功能性细胞株的建立；Conduct in vitro cell functional assays using cell culture, molecule interaction and transfection techniques.
4.参与体内动物样本分析，包括硬组织和石蜡切片、免疫组化、组织染色分析、原位杂交等实验；Perform and participate in the analysis of animal specimens including hard and paraffin- embedded tissue sections, immunohistochemistry, tissue staining analysis, in situ hybridization.
5.参与分子生物学实验如ELISA，QPCR，WB。Participate in molecular biology experiments such as ELISA, QPCR, WB.
任职要求：
1.具有细胞和分子生物学、药理、生理、生物化学或其他相关领域的硕士学历；或学士学位但具有2-3年在医药领域工作经验；有企业工作经验者尤其在骨骼关节肌肉和骨肿瘤方面研究经验者优先考虑；Master’s or bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of professional experience in the biomedical field, in cell and molecular biology, physiology, pharmacology, biochemistry or other related biomedical fields. Previous industrial work experience, especially research experience focus on musculoskeletal and bone cancer is highly preferred.
2.具有较强的相关科研的知识储备，热爱科学，热衷实验；Demonstrate to have strong scientific knowledge background, passion for scientific research, and ability to deliver research results.
3.具有良好的实验室操作技能，熟练掌握以下经验：细胞培养、ELISA、QPCR、WB、大、小动物实验、动物组织切片、免疫组化样品分析；Adequate laboratory research expertise in the following molecular and in vivo areas: cell culture, ELISA, QPCR, WB, large and small animal experiments, histological tissue sections, immunohistochemistry.
4.良好的团队合作精神和较强的沟通能力，有较高的规划性和时间概念性；Good teamwork skills, strong communication skills, organization skills, time management skills.
5.熟练运用Microsoft办公软件；较高的中英文听说写作能力。Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Fluent in written and spoken English.
