Job Brief：
we are seeking a highly organized, diligent and professional industrial knowledge candidate to deliver the value to our business. responsible for product development and optimization, overseeing all activities from researching, designing production to sales and cooperate with a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services.
Responsibilities:
-Completing market research to find out more about competitor products or customer needs;
-Develop and optimize our product line/BOM by analyzing current products, environments, current/future trends
-Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability
-Coordinate work done by many other functions and ultimately responsible for the business success of the product
-Providing management with analyses and reports
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degre;
- Have a deep understanding of business needs and pump market dynamics ;
- Pump technical knowledge and its application ;
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience of multiple functional technologies from technical, production, sales and aftersales support;
-Experience of project management
- Ability to read, analyze and tackle common scientific and technical pump problems ;
-Fluent English communication in both written and speaking;
-Communication and presentation skills ;

-具备阅读、分析和解决常见科技泵问题的能力;
-流利的英语读写能力;
-沟通和表达能力;
