职责描述:
1.负责监督公司各项规章制度的实施、团队运作的有效管理、确保各职能部门的协同合作;
2.负责公司国内国外重大会议、项目、活动等的组织协调工作,包括编写并整合会议PPT、整理会议纪要等;
3.推进公司国内国外重大会议、项目、活动等的运营执行情况、监督落实进度、协调各部门资源分配并提出合理优化建议;
4.负责进行业务数据分析,撰写报告,向管理层提供业务绩效分析和关键指标报告;
5.支持公司各项变革活动,包括撰写变革公告、业务规划目标等文案工作;
6.协同相关部门支持总经理的管理团队激励工作,包括负责激励项目和活动,提高管理团队工作效率和质量;
7.在获得总经理授权的情况下,执行处理突发事件,确保公司的正常运营;
8.协助总经理进行风险管理的执行,对内对外促进合规稳健运营;
9.协助总经理协调外部公共关系,代表公司对接外部专业机构,树立良好企业形象;
10.定期组织医药行业市场调研,分析竞争对手业务动态,协助管理层优化公司战略、业务策略,提出改善建议和洞察;
11.完成总经理交办的其他事务。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supervising the implementation of company's rules and regulations, effectively managing team operations, and ensuring collaboration among functional departments.
2. Responsible for organizing and coordinating major company domestic and overseas conferences, projects and events, including writing and integrating meeting PPTs, sorting out meeting minutes, etc.
3. Promote the operation and execution of major company domestic and overseas conferences, projects and events, supervise the progress of implementation, coordinate the allocation of resources among departments and propose reasonable optimization suggestions.
4. Responsible for conducting business data analysis, writing reports, and providing management with business performance analysis and key indicator reports.
5. Support various copywriting work related to company reform including writing change announcements, business planning goals, etc.
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to support CLT motivation work, including being responsible for motivating projects and activities, and improving the efficiency and quality of the management team.
7. Handle emergencies to ensure the normal operation of the company under the authorization of General Manager.
8. Assist General Manager in implementing risk management and promote compliant and stable operations both internally and externally.
9. Assist General Manager in coordinating external public relations, represent the company in liaising with external professional organizations, and establish a good corporate image.
10. Regularly organize market research in the pharmaceutical industry, analyze competitor business dynamics, assist management in optimizing company and business strategies, propose improvement suggestions and insights.
11. Other tasks assigned by General Manager.


任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,8年以上医药行业的高管业务支持经验;
2.熟悉国内外医药企业的运营及管理,掌握医药行业发展趋势;
3.熟悉医药市场推广、广阔下沉市场运作模式者优先;
4.良好的沟通协调、组织策划、团队合作、关系维护等能力;
5.出色的分析洞察和解决问题等能力,能够独立思考并跟进执行;
6.较强的风险管理、抗压应变、落地跟进等能力;
7.备优秀的PPT编写、文案撰写、英语口语等能力;
8.具备公司整体经营视角,辅助高管落地执行业务相关事宜等能力。

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 8 years of executive business support experience in pharmaceutical industry.
2. Familiar with the operation and management of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical enterprise, and master the development trends of the industry.
3. Familiar with the promotion of the pharmaceutical market and the operation mode of broad market is preferred.
4. Good communication and coordination skills, organizational planning, teamwork, relationship maintenance.
5. Excellent analytical insight and problem-solving skills, think independently and follow up on execution.
6. Strong abilities in risk management, stress response, and follow-up on implementation.
7. Excellent skill of PPT, copywriting and English speaking.
8. Overall business operations perspective of the company, the ability to assist executives in executing business related matters.
