Description

Assistant Consumer Insight Manager
Shanghai, Shanghai 
Reporting to the Global Consumer Insight Senior Manager – this role is responsible for the development and implementation of research plan primarily for key China categories (Hygiene & VMS).  In this role, the Assistant Consumer Insight Manager is expected to provide strong support to China innovation hub and R&D teams in interpreting market research result/contributing to research action plans.  
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Support delivery of China-focused insight initiative (primarily focus on Hygiene and VMS) to make sure flawless execution and translate insight into actionable recommendation to fuel China business growth
•Support delivery of insights on market & share performance and other ad-hoc research projects i.e. TMIC concept testing for all categories including global Health.
•Share and aid understanding of consumer learning within the Category Marketing management team through building and collation of strong consumer insights.
•Manage the category market research budget in conjunction with Category Marketing management
•Develop strong relationships with preferred global/local external research suppliers to ensure superior service
We expect you:
•Must be equally capable of executing both quantitative and qualitative projects. Comfortable utilizing and analyzing various business intelligence sources outside consumer related insights (syndicated data, market level data, custom consumer research, digital analytics, retailer customer data, and consumer trend
•3 years work experience of consumer reserch, open for both inhouse or research firm experience.
•Has ambition and passion for consumer study and has learning agility
•Fluent in English and independency
