KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
♦ As team leader in mechanical engineering department, to be responsible for technical specification according to customers’ requirement in new orders.
♦ Responsible for final design check of assigned projects.
♦ Coach other engineers in project team about industry standards, standardized processes and ensure safe designs that meet the applicable industry safety requirements.
♦ Responsible to ensure that the designs fulfill all requirements and regulation as required in the assigned projects, by working closely with Sales, Production, Service, etc…
♦ Actively participate in the implementation of new designs from lessons learned.
♦ Support sales during the pre-sales phase to find out the customer expectations and evaluate technical feasibilities for assigned applications.
♦ Provide technical consultation during assigned project execution, proactive to follow up open cases and issues on site for assigned projects until completion.
♦ Responsible to complete R&D tasks in case of requirements.


QUALIFICATIONS:
♦ Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Machinery.
♦ Experience in steel structure design, hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as drive technologies; Familiar with European industry standard.
♦ Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as Senior. Design Engineer.
♦ 3D design experience; Experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a plus.
♦ Knowledge in SAP – R&D module preferred
♦ Good communication skills and team player;
♦ Proficient in English communication skills in both spoken and written.
