1. Test preparation
Coordinate vehicle resource with relevant team & department (charging, RTM, Calibration, EMC, RDVV, RDVT)
 Submit Pit Order for vehicle SW flashing, logger install and configure and any other vehicle retrofit work
 Test plan breakdown after receiving testing plan package given by MBGC. Test plan should be broken down to daily plan. Test plan needs include testing content, testing time, tester, report timeline etc.
 Coordinate different TCC Lab and PG for test arrangement and test resource booking
 Vehicle check like short test, tire pressure check etc. Make sure vehicle is ready before testing
 Go through the test cases provided by MBGC, make sure the test cases execution is unambiguous
2. eDrive Validation Testing
 Conduct test cases according to the break down test plan
 Daily communication about testing status, test result and issue
 Record raw data via logger and Vector CANoe during testing, using other engineering software during testing as required by MBAG
 First analysis on issue and test result, provide test result evaluation
 Document every issue happened during testing, provide trace data and short test for further analysis
 Support on issue resolution
3 Benchmarking
 Benchmarking on other OEMs’ EV driving system
 Benchmark testing on vehicle level incl. but not limit to peak power test, power repeatability test, testing under MB defined driving cycle and other test cases provided by MBGC.
4. Qualification:
Knowledge on electrics drive system
 Working experience on vehicle and drive system testing
 Experience on engineering Software like Vector CANoe, CANape, Monaco, ECU-Test etc.
 Sense for drive system issue like jerk, abnormal sound, vibration etc.
 Project mgmt. competence, good documentation ability
 Proficient in office tools and basic written & spoken English
 F2cn, HV2 qualification, for testing in Proving Ground also T1 qualification"
