Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Factory layout design and optimization of KBCQ. KBCQ的工厂的布局设计以及优化
2. Define and optimize the production process and workflow.设计和优化生产作业的工艺流程和生产工序
3. Responsible for the study of cycle time and optimization of line balance.标准工时测定并且优化线平衡
4. Create and maintenance the routing and GTL in SAP system.在SAP系统中创建并维护Routing和GTL
5. Technical document preparation and management, e.g. Drawing, WI ( production and testing), Spec., maintenance plan... and make sure the latest released version used for production. 技术文件的准备，如：图纸、作业指导书（生产和测试）、规范、保养计划等，并确保生产使用的是最新发行的版本
6. Lead and participate products PFMEA localized in KBCQ. 领导参与KBCQ属地范围产品过程失效模式影响分析
7. Plan and implement actions according to ECO or new requirements in his/her responsible area. 基于ECO 及新要求计划并采取相应动作
8. Responsible for the design and manufactory of tools, fixture, production line and equipment, Create and update the list, define the maintenance plan and monitor the execution. 负责工具工装、产线、设备的设计和制造，创建和更新台账、定义维护保养计划、监控保养计划的执行
9. Assembly line capacity review and provide/ prepare the solutions for any shortage for his/her responsible areas.所负责区域装配线生产能力分析，提供/准备能力补充方案
10. Spare parts of production line, equipment, test-bench management. 生产线，设备及测试台备件管理
11. Create continues flow and keep improvement to reduce production cost.创建连续流并持续改善，降低生产成本
12. Work with production and quality team to treat the customer complain issue and daily quality issue.与生产和质量团队一起处理客户投诉以及日常生产的质量问题
13. Be responsible for technology training and qualification for NPI, new technology.负责新产品以及新工艺的技术培训及考核
14. Participate the trial run, FAI and advanced production of NPI and take the responsible technical related tasks.参与新产品试产，FAI以及先期生产，负责技术相关的任务
15. Coordinate with other KB factory to make sure the same technology requirement and criteria will been used in KBCD.负责和KB其他工厂的技术沟通，确保KBCD 生产技术要求和标准的一致性
16. Responsible for the problem solving of technical and testing issues.负责生产过程中技术和测试问题的解决
17. The other tasks assigned by superior.主管安排的其他任务
Requirements：
1. Good understanding product drawing and interpretation
2. Good at IE tools
3. Good at problem analysis and solving
4. Sound experience in mechanical assembly
5. Basic knowledge and experience of testing ( test bench and testing issue analysis )
6. IE experience of AS/BE products is a plus
