Key responsibilities include the following:
• To be part of new introduced program team, support team to achieve established objectives. Meanwhile, supervise the program going under right quality guidelines by reviewing developing gates.
• Prepare PPAP documentation in terms of customer requirements and push relevant departments to accomplish their tasks to ensure on time submission.
• Be in charge of MSA, SPC before program is going into SOP stage to guarantee a safe launch. Control plan owned.
• Work with PE to identify the red rabbit samples for error-proofing devices.
• Deal with customer complaints, leading cross-function team to act quick reaction and resolve quality issues to meet customer satisfactory.
• Register and maintain account at customer website, monitor quality performance at customer end, and assess customer scorecards as required frequency.
• Implement product audit & process audit and be involved Improvement for any variation.
• Focus on top quality issues with actions for continuous improvement; be driven to achieve zero defect finality.
• Provide trainings if needed to related role to let involvers know what quality standards are.
• Quality system maintenance associated with IATF 16949 principals.
• Product Improvement Process involvement.
• Other tasks that superior assigns.

Qualifications
• College/ University degree of technical background, preference in Electronics;
• Be familiar with IATF16949, VDA 6.3;
• Good quality management knowledge, and be familiar AIAG 5 quality tools;
• Minimum 5 year of experience in quality management position in automotive industry;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Ever dealt with customer complaint, especially with Tier 1 or OEMs;
• Effective customer relationship building;
• Ability to communicate in English both oral & written ;
• Logical thinking and skillful communication.
