2. Make and implement the solution business development planning for industry focused to capture industry trends and complete company established sales target(SSK Oriented).
制定和实施行业相关的解决方案业务发展计划，以捕捉行业趋势和完成公司制定的销售目标(SSK维度)。

3. Integrate resources and build good customer relationship, make the win strategy and promote solution to targeted industries/customers.
整合资源并建立良好的客户关系，制定赢标策略，并向目标行业/客户推广解决方案。

4.Managing pipeline(incl.Win/Lost Analysis) and make a reasonable rolling forecast for solution.
管理解决方案业务的项目pipeline (包括赢失分析)，并做合理的滚动式预测。

5. Identify the qualified opportunities. Make the competitive proposals collaborated with acquisition support team.
识别有效的业务机会，并与售前支持团队合作，制作有竞争力的方案。

6. Synergy with sales for project pursuit.
与销售合作，追踪赢取项目。

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，过程控制、自动化、等相关专业为佳；
Bachelor degree or above, major in Process control, automation, etc.
2. 具有过程控制工程的系统设计与项目实施经验，具备过程控制系统的工程应用设计、集成与调试经验为佳；
Experienced in system design and project implementation of Process Control engineering, familiar with compressor/blower/turbine control and operation, experienced in engineering application design, integration and commissioning with Process control system.
3. 熟练掌握1种PLC或DCS的软硬件应用技术；了解过程控制领域仪表系统的基本知识，具备过程控制回路的设计与调试经验；
Proficient in 1 kinds of PLC or DCS software and hardware application, understand the basic knowledge of the instrument system in the Process Control field.
4. 积极主动、责任心强、善于学习与分析问题，具有较强的协调能力与沟通技巧；
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good at learning and analysis problems, with strong coordination and communication skills.
5. 能够适应出差。
Able to adapt to business trips.
6. 遵守公司的信息安全政策。
