Responsibilities
Fully responsibility to operate the system level test bench to finish the defined vehicle project
validation tasks.
 Buildup of test configuration, including electrical connection, mechanic connection
and necessary automation program.
 Build up measurement environment.
 Execute the test programs and follow up the test status.
 Diagnosis and failure analysis.

Task Description
Support test bench engineer to set up the test bench for vehicle project include:
 Test bench and unit under test configuration
 Mechanical and electrical connection of unit under test
 Measurement set up
Select correct test bench configuration and modify the configuration on request.
Flashing the component to target software with E-sys or INCA
Perform the test in both manual test and automation test program
Mange test raw date and maintain test record. Provide test report and validation status
summary.
Test bench preventive maintenance and regular check
Initial failure analysis and support test bench engineer for trouble shooting.
Other tasks defined by test bench engineer

Required Qualifications
 Flash 3 certification within one month after on board
 Bachelor degree in vehicle engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or
related other majors
 Basic knowledge with powertrain system e.g. HV battery and E-motor, electric
energy converter
 Knowledge with common vehicle software and hardware tools. E.g Vector,
ETAS, EDIABAS
 Knowledge with common vehicle communication protocol (CAN, LIN, flexray,
ethercat etc.)
 Experience with powertrain system level test bench and automation control
system.
 Experience: Work experience of at least 3 years in hybrid or electric vehicle
powertrain system validation, or new graduates from China 985 universities.
 Very good communication skills, team and customer orientation
 Target oriented, pro-active, self-responsible and reliable working attitude
 English professional level in written and spoken fluently
