工作职责
• Responsible for product planning, buying, budget allocation and merchandise selection to ensure buying direction reflect the company’s strategy and ensure the product selection meet the markets demands and opportunities;
• Contributes to seasonal category planning and implements range building and distribution strategy in relation to stock optimization while securing local needs in relation to brand, sales and store capacity;
• Frequent liaison with Buying on sales trends and opportunities within the market;
• Collaborate with Merchandise Planning team to provide product feedback on new concepts, arrivals, and recommendations ;
• Cooperate with functions (VM/MKT/Retail)to align on store clustering, monthly key campaign, display, promotions, advertisement, and retail operations updates ;
• Split merchandise offerings according to channel-specific requests, livestreams, KCPs, promotions schemes, inventory-flow and merchandise typology update ;
• Provide business insight to drive revenues through data analysis;
• Work with planning team for season buying and achieve target sell-through and GP target ;
• Follow up on orders and monitor delivery of seasonal items to ensure proper launch and sufficient stock levels in-season;
• Work closely with the retail team to obtain product feedback and undertake competition studies to identify missing opportunities in the current assortment .
任职资格
• Degree holder in fashion /textile / planning management / merchandising or related disciplines ,Strong fashion sense;
• At least 6 to 8 years relevant experience in fashion industry;
• Previous experience in leadership role in multichannel merchandising, within fashion or retail industry ;
• Strong data analysis skills and good proficiency of MS Office ;
• Good interpersonal, communication skills ;
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure ;
• Highly self-motivated and directed, detail-minded
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
