Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Participate the trial run, FAI and advanced production of NPI, and take the responsible of quality related tasks
2. Make quality planning for In-process products and implement process quality control.
3. Prepare, update, and manage the Process quality document.
4. Process capability verification activities: internal FAI, process audit, product audit, etc.
5. being responsible for the management & collaboration of the measuring equipment.
6. ECO control for responsible production area.
7. Inspect finished goods according to the check list and release the past goods.
8. Disposal of nonconformity parts according to NCR process.
9. Inspector management: daily work control, training planning, performance evaluation, etc.
10. Co-work with QMS manager for the ISO 9001, ISO 22163 application and qualification of KBCQ.
11. Frontline worker and technician assessment and appraisal.
12. collect and condense data and prepare monthly KB-reporting (key performance indicators).
13. Facilitate defective products failure root cause investigation, conclude improvement actions with relevant department, monitor the whole process till problem solved.
14. Support on customer First Article Inspection.
15. Facilitate continuous improvement at responsible production area.
16. First article dimension and weight check.
17. Local outsourced processes (cleaning/rework/painting etc.) quality control.
18. The other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements：

1. University degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical engineering.
2. 5 years’ experience of quality management for assembly products or the similar.
3. Good mechanical manufacturing knowledge and assembly.
4. Use of various equipment for dimensional inspection.
5. Familiar with mechanical and pneumatical principles.
6. SAP QM Module preferred.
