Responsibilities
Fully responsibility to implemented vehicle project in system level test bench to enable the
test bench for validation tasks.
Task Description
Prepare powertrain system level test bench for new vehicle project:
Create wiring diagram for powertrain component in test bench
Create test bench and unit under test configuration in test bench
Create HV, LV and cooling connection for UUT
Create measurement set up plan
Adapt all test bench set up according to latest changes in vehicle project
Development and implanted new test technology in test bench
Create quality control plan and follow up the results
Guide test bench operator to perform the validation test.
Lead test bench commissioning and trouble shooting process to make sure the test bench
always running with vehicle project
Evaluate and prepare test bench for special requirement
Testbench interface to vehicle project to exchange the information
Required Qualifications
Flash 3 certification within one month after on board
Graduate from 985 university, major in vehicle engineering, mechatronics, electrical
engineering or related other majors
Master degree fresh graduate or Bachelor degree with more than 3 years working
experience
More than 3 years working experience with new energy powertrain system, at least
one-year operation experience with AVL PUMA system.
Advanced knowledge with common vehicle software and hardware tools. E.g Vector,
ETAS, EDIABAS
Advanced knowledge with common vehicle communication protocol (CAN, LIN,
flexray, ethercat etc.)
Familiar with powertrain system level test bench and automation control system.
Knowledge of new energy vehicle charging system and national charging standards.
Very good communication skills, team and customer orientation
Target oriented, pro-active, self-responsible and reliable working attitude
English skills: fluent
