You will provide financial and controlling expertise to the Dry & Traction Transformers PG/ Transformers LBU/ Power Grids division in Datong state/China country/NAS region, you will analyze business performance, and recommend areas for continuous improvement.
1. Assist in financial Plan (five-year plan, annual budget process and rolling forecast).
2. Abacus reporting, review abacus package and weekly order reporting; prepare order, revenue & backlog report.
3. Periodically Company/BU/PG reports.
4. Accurate and timely financial analysis (KPI, key data, BS items & T&E).
5. Provide Finance review package for /Company/BU/PG management meeting.
6. Preform the B/S review and take action to clean long open items.
7. Assist FC in managing NWC project to secure good cash flow in operations.
8. Responsible for annual controlling function setup (PC/CC setting in SAP).
9. Support to solve problems with another department.
10. Internal & external audit support.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance related.
• 3+ year of Experience in Financial Analysis.
• Knowledge in US GAAP.
• SAP expert and Familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Good English communication skill both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and cross-cultural communication skill.
• Fast response, proactive-thinking and mission-oriented, High level of integrity is must.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
