Main Responsibility:
Assist in the planning, support and operation of all Manufacturing Suite Systems related topics for the Tire Plant (Hefei, China), in correspondence with the worldwide IT strategy, the approved budget and commitments to the fixed company targets, and based on general guidelines and in accordance with Competence Cent as well as the IT management.
1. IT Operation
- Ensure system/technology implementation in coordination with Competence Centres.
- Support local management/Key User organization to identify potential IT solutions.
2. IT Sourcing
- Work with IT management to provide cost-effective local operations in accordance with IT Sourcing Strategy by:
a. Ensuring provision of consistent IT support and service level
b. Ensuring continuous optimization of services versus costs
3. Local Application Development
- Follow the global process to develop the local solution to fulfill the business requirement.
- Deep understand of business knowledge and process
4. IT Support & Administration
- Support and administer the local Manufacturing Suite Systems of the plant incl. the related Shop-floor infrastructure. Following the company standards (example support process).
- Ensure the operation and high availability of the related lT infrastructure, implements contingency plan togther with the local Key User organization
5. Project Management
- Initiate local IT projects in the plant.
- Take lead of local roll out of global projects.

Job Requirement:
- University Degree: (IT related) or relevant experience
- At least 5 years IT-professional experience
Experienced with application development
- ERP/MES or QM implementation in the process industry
- Have worked with multi-national companies
