I. Job summary:

A project engineer who has an engineering background, be able to coordinate projects including investment projects, new product introduction and customer special order projects, by using all necessary project management skills and methods.

II. Duties and Responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)
1. Lead the project planning and implementation; facilitate the definition of the project scope, goals and deliverables; define project tasks and resource requirements; develop full scale project plans;
2. Manage project resource allocation; plan and schedule project timelines; track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
3. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions; implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs; project evaluations and assessment of results;
4. Support yearly investment planning
5. Support continuous improvement from REMT all departments where investment is involved;
6. Communicate with HQ and REMT stakeholders during the project implementation period and resolve conflicts to assure project can meet the target date with the required quality, and under budget.

III. Qualifications:
1. Education background:
a) Bachelor degree or above with mechanical/electrical/civil work engineering or related engineering background

2. Working experience:
a) At least 5 years’ project management experience;
b) At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience, Lean function is a plus
3. Language and computer skills:
a) Fluent English is a must
b) Familiar with AutoCAD, and Microsoft, project software is an advantage;

4. Other requirements: (such as specific personality, physical requirements, business trips, etc.)
a) Substantial understanding of manufacturing in mechanical and electrical controls
b) Good interpersonal skills and personnel influence characteristic
c) Ability to work with matrix team and work with different level in the organization
d) Open minded and excellent communication skill
e) Team player
f) Excellent organizational and analytical (data, method…) skills
g) Proven experience in Change management and Risk management
h) Good Critical thinking and Problem solving skills
