开发及维护香港本地船舶及游艇漆市场销售。
Job Responsibility:
1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, provide personalized service, and foster loyalty.
2.Identify and target potential new customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
3.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure sales while ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
4.Manage and track the sales pipeline, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and closing deals in a timely manner.
5.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and performance.
Job Requirement:
1.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of an associate's degree or higher.
2.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the marine industry.
3.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs and present product/service offerings.
4.Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
