Main Tasks:
1. Correct Accounting of all intangible and fixed assets according to relevant accounting standards (IFRS, CAS).
a. Ensure accurate capitalization of intangible (e.g. R&D & licenses, right of use) and fixed assets (e.g. buildings, machinery, special tools) considering government grants, timing of capitalization and differences due to accounting standards.
b. Administration of all assets and regular inventory taking
c. Responsible for asset retirement process; Asset close due to sales, scrapping and relevant bookings.
d. Monitor and analyze accounting data ensuring they are in compliance with relevant standards.
2. Valuation of all leasing contracts and correct accounting of relevant leases.
a. Responsible for recording, evaluating, categorization, calculation and accounting of leases according to IFRS 16
b. Separation of short-term and low-value assets
c. Monthly reporting to Audi Group and VW Group entities
d. Provide additional information for group consolidation system quarterly
3. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and statements for intangible & fixed assets.
a. Responsible for timely and accurate monthly closing activities
b. Preparation and execution of depreciation runs and corresponding activities
c. Responsible for verifying, analyzing, investigating and resolving differences and inefficiencies.
4. Preparation of reporting, and specialist contact person for all matters regarding asset accounting to internal and external partners.
a. Issue regular reporting to internal stakeholders; alignment with Audi Group and VW Group contacts
b. Responsible for questions from and coordination with internal and external auditors
c. Analysis of current accounting standard changes and internals changes providing impact analysis and corresponding activities
任职要求：
1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生。
Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.
2. 具备2年及以上相关工作经验。
2 years or more relevant working experience.
3. 国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话。
Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
