Pneuride Limited（英国普拉尼德公司）成立于2007年。其前身Dunlop Suspension Systems（邓禄普悬架系统公司）拥有超100年历史，自1890年起在英国考文垂市进行底盘及悬架相关的设计和研发。在19世纪50年代率先开发了车用空气弹簧，并在1990年率先开发并注册了ECAS（电控空气悬架）系统，成为了行业人物。邓禄普已有超过70年的空气弹簧研发生产经验和超20年的空气悬架系统研发生产经验，已供空气悬架系统给全世界各地的汽车前端及后端市场客户。2023年苏州瑞玛精密工业股份有限公司收购英国普拉尼德公司并合资成立了普莱德汽车科技（苏州）有限公司，落地于苏州工业园区，将英国沉淀的技术加上中国管理的团队，赋能中国的主机厂客户，放眼世界的空气悬架市场。
Pneuride Limited, formerly known as Dunlop Suspension Systems, was founded in 2007 and has a history of over 100 years. It began in Coventry, England in 1890, where it designed and developed chassis and suspension-related components. In the 1950s, it was the first company to develop air springs for vehicles and in 1990, it was the first to develop and trademark the ECAS (Electronically Controlled Air Suspension) system, becoming an industry leader. With over 70 years of experience in air spring development and over 20 years of experience in air suspension system development, Dunlop has supplied air suspension systems to original equipment (OE) customers and aftermarket clients worldwide. In 2023, Cheersson Precision Metal Forming Co., Ltd. acquired Pneuride Limited and established a joint venture, Pneuride Automotive Technology (Suzhou), which is located in the Suzhou Industrial Park. The venture combines the technical expertise of the UK with a Chinese management team to empower Chinese OE customers and look toward the global air suspension market.
