职位描述：
1、全面负责工厂的生产运行、设备维护、仓储管理以及废水废气处理；
2、负责建立完善的生产管理体系和制度；建立完善工艺标准化体系、质量管理体系，满足合规再生塑料行业相关标准；
3、组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标、生产现场5S管理，确保工厂运营高效和优质产品交付给客户；
4、负责生产进度的安排和生产过程的监控，对已出现的问题应及时采取措施予以解决，对问题隐患采取预防措施；
5、改进、分析并且回顾各种产品的报告，以降低成本、提高质量；
6、不断改进和完善生产工艺和设备工况，保证产品质量和生产效益；
7、主持新产品开发以及新项目所需的设备选型、改进以及部署等工作；
8、实施人员培训与发展，完成生产团队人员的绩效考评；
9、负责与销售、研发、采购、各职能部门的沟通协调工作，使生产计划顺利运行；
10、确保生产、质量、供应链等各个部门实现运营和财务目标；
11、其他管理层交给的任务。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，工科或理科专业毕业，高分子材料专业及化工优先。
2、 精通PET塑料切片生产工艺，熟悉相关生产设备及产品标准，至少5年以上PET切片或纤维行业制造工厂生产管理经验。
3、具备良好的领导能力、沟通能力和团队协作能力。
4、具有较强的统筹管理能力和成本意识。
5、英语读写良好。
Responsibilities and duties
1. Fully responsible for the production and operation of the factory, equipment maintenance, storage management and wastewater and waste gas treatment;
2. Responsible for establishing production management system, establishing and improving the process standardization and quality system, and meeting the relevant standards of the compliant recycled plastics industry;
3. Organize the implementation, supervision and control of the production process, quality, equipment, cost, output indicators, production site 5S management, to ensure efficient factory operation and high-quality products delivered to customers;
4. Responsible for the arrangement of production progress and the monitoring of the production process, take timely measures to solve the problems that have occurred, and take preventive measures against hidden dangers;
5. Improve, analyze and review the reports of products to reduce costs and improve quality;
6. Continuously improve and perfect the production process and equipment conditions to ensure product quality and production efficiency;
7. Preside over the selection, improvement and deployment of equipment required for new product development and new projects;
8. Implement personnel training and development, and complete the performance appraisal of production team personnel;
9. Responsible for communication and coordination with sales, research and development, procurement, and functional departments to make the production plan run smoothly;
10. Ensure that production, quality, supply chain and other departments achieve operational and financial goals;
11. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested.
Preferred qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or science; polymer materials major and chemical industry are preferred;
2. Proficient in PET plastic pellets production process, familiar with related production equipment and product standards. At least 5 years of production management experience in PET pellets or fiber plants.
3. Have good leadership, communication skills and teamwork skills.
4. Have strong overall management ability and cost awareness.
5. Can read and write English.
