工作职责:
1、 Develop seasonal buying plan and get alignment with product team, ecomm operation team.
2、 Complete analytics to support balancing stock within different EC marketplace and across channels as needed.
3、 Study and set up allocation and replenishment methodology between Merchandising and business team.
4、 Provide data analysis from different merchandise KPI angle.
5、 Develop analysis report on product sales and inventory performance.
6、Promotion mechanism planning

− Able to work under high pressure independently and be flexible in working extended hours.
− A good team player.
− Able to work independently under huge pressure with minimal supervision.
− Detail-oriented and focused on quality control and execution efficiency.
− Working Knowledge of MS office programs (Word, PPT, Excel)
