Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall production activities and people management of KBCQ, include people development, replacement, target settig and appraisal.
2. Provide manufacturing training and guidance to employees.
3. Coordination with KBCN/PBU manufacture and other department colleagues to ensure the daily production of KBCQ.
4. Responsible for company's occupational health, environment and safety production management and maintain the working environment according to EHS, OHSAS, ISO14000 standards.
5. Implement KPS project on shopfloor in KBCQ.
6. Responsible for production plan, overtime schdule and shift working arrangement.
7. Responsible for achievement of production related KPIs (e.g., Quality, HSE, Cost, Lead time, Inventory, People turnover rate...).
8. Responsible for the emergency control and risk management of the company's production process.
9. Co-work with GM, Site Managers and Sales to maintenance of good cooperation relationship with local affiliated parties.
10. Lead production meetings and improvement activities.
11. The other tasks assigned by supervior.
Requirements:
1. University degree in industrial, manufacturing & mechanical engineering.
2. Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
3. Strong maintenance and service knowledge.
