Role Summary & Purpose
Be responsible for formulating, improving and implementing company’s learning & development framework, policies and day to day implementation, to continue to develop, engage, retain our talents today and tomorrow to fuel Lear’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Learning:
1). Assist HR Manager to establish company’s training system, includes policies, procedures and standards to meet organization talents vision.
2). Closely work with line managers to provide professional training solution for the training needs.
3). Lead the training needs assessment and work out the annual training plan, and follow the annual training plan implementation.
4). Implement and optimize new employee orientation training program.
5). Evaluate and select internal trainers and improve their training skills.
6). Develop and maintain the training courses system.
7). Develop, select and evaluate external training vendors to make sure to have enough training resource to meet organization requirements.
8). Evaluate the training effectiveness and establish evaluation system, includes reaction, learning, behavior and result evaluation.
9). Lead the production employees’ skill training and maintain the on–job-training matrix.
10). Maintain the training records and documents to meet the IATF quality system’s requirements.
Organizational Development:
1). Assist HR Manager to design and review company’s organization structure.
2). Regularly review and diagnose the organization structure, identify the organization current problems and provide professional solution to enhance organization performance.
3). Design, implement and evaluate the competency model to enhance individual performance.
4). Design and implement talents development programs, such as regular talents review, individual development plan, performance appraisal, employee career development path design, etc.
5). Design, implement and evaluation the organizational succession plan program.
6). Responsible for the leadership training program, such as proposal design, training organize, program evaluation, etc.
Job Qualifications:
1). Education: Bachelor degree with the major in Human Resource Management, Business administration, English, Psychology, Social Science or related field.
2). Working Experiences: 5 years or above of full generalist HR background/experience (Training and Development, Recruitment & ER,)
3). Knowledge: Training, organization development related.
4). Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong Influencing skills
5). Individual Character: Proactive work attitude, team player and able to act with ownership, good work ability under pressure, self?-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, customer oriented and team approach.
6). Language Requirements: Good English communication skills (Reading and writing).
7). PC Requirements: Good computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
