职责描述：
Closely work together with respective sections and other functional departments to stable process, maintain and improve the machine acceptance and process acceptance procedures, establish and implement work instructions, confirm specifications and quality
requirement. Its dimension refers to reporting directly to Process Manager. It will be responsible for MAP and PAP of respective workshops and work with 1~4 subordinates.

Areas of Responsibility:
1. Machine and process acceptance task
▪ fully responsible for the MAP and PAP of the respective area, as listed but not limited to major change of the process, new article introduction, new equipment
▪ fully responsible for leading problem solving during the MAP and PAP phase
▪ fully responsible for optimizing and improving the work instruction and all other technical information of respective area needed for stabilizing series production
2. Series production problem solving:
▪ will contribute to the problem solving of respective area in the series production phase, be responsible for finding out technical solution for big problems through communication with central PD or what else is needed
3. Task Efficiency
▪ cooperate with respective production section and contribute to improving productive efficiency of the respective section. Define measures to improve process to maximum utilization rate of machine and eliminate all kinds of waste. As listed but not limited
to SPA, 5S, other helpful instruments and optimization of parameters with respect to quality
4. Series production process index check
▪ fully responsible for the process stabilization index check of respective area at a random frequency. Thus, assure an index of respective production area for continuous improvement

任职要求：
Required Knowledge:
1. advanced machinery knowledge, expert-level tire appearance defect and know-how in the scope of making process
2. In the scope of overall management, advanced uniformity and balance knowledge, ISO &TS 16949 knowledge, basic general management knowledge requested; advanced quality problem solving tools like FMEA, 5-why, pareto, check list etc., good English, office application
ability as well.

Minimum Required Experience:
1.Certification: academic degree with major in machinery/Electricity or Chemistry/polymer
2. Professional experience: 5 years manufacturing experiences, especially rubber production process
3. Project and/or Process experience: 2 years working experience for improvement of tire production
4. Leadership Experience: Small team leader for mini 1 year, can coach and motivate staff to well achieve the targets
5. Intercultural/International Experience: Well adapted to international working team
