Principle activities:
1. Develop or participate the planning of suitable quality strategy/goals in the area of responsibility.
2. Lead to develop the procedures, working instruction, including employee duties and regulations etc. in the responsible area according to QMS and relevant rules of company.
3. Plan and support the budget planning in the responsible area.
4. Plan quality management activities according to relevant requirements (e.g. PFMEA, PLP, Customer requirement) in the responsible area.
5. Adopt appreciate approaches to support the effective implement of strategy/goals.
6. Manage responding activities of the employees in the responsible organization, including job duties of employees and compliance with the rules of company, etc. Make personnel decisions in cooperation with leader, including employee hiring, disciplinary management etc.
7. Provide and implement suitable management approaches to instruct and monitor the creation, maintenance, and execution of procedures or working instructions with quality correlation.
8. Participate Quality system management audit. In case of deviation occurred, review or lead team to analyze and improve findings of quality collection in audit.
9. Adopt appropriate approaches to assess and lead team to prevent, optimize and improve quality of processes and products.
10. Prepare or review relevant reports for the result of activities, prediction, optimization, improvements etc.
11. Other jobs distributed by leader.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 3 years of experience in quality management area.
3. Good English language ability.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
