主要工作职责Main responsibilities:
• 负责苏州ACT产品的投诉接收、澄清、登记，并通过决策流程判断是否为可报告事件；
Responsible for receiving, clarification and registration of all complaints and feedback related with ACT products at Suzhou, and determine reportable or not with decision tree;
• 负责工厂端投诉样品退回流程
Responsible for failure sample return process at manufacturing site
• 召集投诉处理小组对投诉进行分析、调查， 制定相关措施
Coordinate the Complaint Handling team to analyze and investigate the complaint issue, and determine the measurements, actions for improvement
• 及时关闭投诉，给予投诉者最终回复
Close the complaint in a timely manner, feedback to complaint preparer with final answer.
• 起草中国不良事件报告
Prepare China adverse event reporting
• 维护投诉文档和不良事件报告档案
Maintain and archive the complaint files and adverse event reporting file
• 负责投诉趋势分析，作为定期质量会议输入
Responsible for Complaint Trend Analysis as inputs for periodically quality review
• 部门经理/主管委派的其它职责
Other duties assigned by department manager/Supervisor
知识/技能/工作经验Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
• 本科以上学历
Bachelor education or above.
• 有机电或机械工程方面的经验优先
Experience in mechanical &electronic or mechanical engineering is preferred
• 3年以上欧美企业客诉处理或NCR管理经验优先
Over 3 years experiences as complaint handling or NCR managing in US/EU Company is preferred
• 流利的英语口头和书面表达能力
Fluent in oral and written English is necessary
• 良好的质量系统及质量控制的知识
Good knowledge of the quality system and quality control
• 熟悉QSR, CE, ISO 9000, ISO13485
Familiar with QSR, CE, ISO 9000, ISO13485
• 完全理解客户的需求和良好的沟通技能
Good communication skills for fully understanding customer requirements
• 良好的分析思考能力，问题解决能力和创新能力
Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and innovation ability

• 强烈的责任感和自我管理能力
