电商商品计划/库存管理
主要职责：
商品价格管理
1. 根据电商销售指标，制定商品每月的计划，保证货品结构的合理性，促成销售达成率;
2. 根据线上的营销节奏、销售目标、库存现状，制定商品活动策略，整理并设定新品/促销品的价格折扣清单；
3. 日常跟踪重点商品的销售表现，采取相应的补货、清货计划，不断提升和优化商品售罄率、折扣率，确保库存结构健康；
商品运营管理
1. 重点活动货品库存盘点及价格策略输出；
2. 货品分层，货品逻辑，分析提供货品建议方向；
3. 跟进电商平台的商品销售动态，落实店铺新货上线，及时进行调配与退仓，保证存货的健康周转和商品动销。
4. 不定期调研和关注市场趋势，跟踪竞争品牌的商品上新和商品运营，采取相应的策略和措施；
5. 根据行业、竞品、品牌数据分析，整理电商款商品开发需求；
6. 相关数据分析与整理
7. 商品相关等工作
8. 领导交付的其它临时性工作
9. 由于公司业务发展迅速，需要时要对其它部门提供协助
任职要求
1. 擅长商品数据分析能力，预测技能；
2. 敏锐的市场眼光和数字敏感度，不断完善货品结构，有较强的逻辑思维；
3. 有女装电商商品或运动品牌相关商品运营经验，有国际品牌工作经验者尤佳；
4. 熟悉天猫平台运营规则
