PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Openings and Closures:
• Coordinate and facilitate the opening of new retail stores, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed.
• Oversee the closure of transitioning stores, managing the process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions during store openings and closures.
On-site Support:
• Provide on-site support to retail stores, assisting with various operational and logistical tasks.
• Address any urgent issues or challenges that arise at store locations, finding prompt and effective resolutions.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide guidance to store teams.
Resource Allocation and Planning:
• Assess the resource requirements for store openings, closures, and ongoing operations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies are available as needed.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource plan to support the mobility needs of our retail stores.
Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the retail mobility function.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and streamline operational workflows.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes, making adjustments as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store openings, closures, and related activities.
• Generate reports and provide insights on key performance indicators, mobility trends, and operational metrics.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role.
• Luxury Fashion/Retail industry experience preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively to support store openings, closures, and operational needs.
• Well connected with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
