Key responsibilities include the following:
1.Project related:
• Ensure PPAP deliverable and shipment in time;
• Make sure the 4M change management in compliance with quality and customer requirement;
• Make sure the alternative or supplier change meet Lear customer procedure;
2.Process related:
• Ensure product audit / process audit / layer audit all be executed and traceable;
• Continue to optimize the process quality to achieve the quality goal;
• Organize daily IPPM review with team and drive team to resolve the abnormal in process;
• Drive ENG to work out solution timely and verify the effectiveness after implementation;
• Identify potential issue in effective way like CP/ FMEA review;
• Proceed and drive solution in joint review meeting with ENG and plant ;
• Analyze quality data and raise the topic which need to be monitored quality performance;
3.Customer related:
• Obey customer timing requirement to respond 8D in time on customer website;
• Analyze issue occurred at customer side, take some corrective actions and meet customers satisfaction;
• Keep efficient communication between customer and plant as the coordinator;
• Take the corrective actions to respond in customer audit;
Qualifications

• Recognized bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related.
• 3 years or above quality management experience in automotive industry.
• Solid engineering knowledge or technical background,
• Familiar with customer quality requirement as tire-1 supplier (e.g GM-BIQS) etc. ,
• Familiar with SMT and quality system,
• Good practice in the implementation of 5 quality tools in automotive industry,
• Good lead ship and communication skill ,
• Be able to achieve objectives under pressure
• Couple with assertiveness and team spirit.
• Initiative, high sense of responsibility.
• Result-oriented
• Good English in both writing and oral
