职责描述：
1、负责审核工装夹具的定位图、零件总成重要功能测量点文件、检查基准书等文件；确定零件制造、检查定位方式和公差要求，确认夹具方案和检具方案；
2、负责产品开发过程中模具、夹具、检具图纸会签、预验收工作；
3、负责设备调试中涉及几何尺寸调试部分，零件、总成和车身的分析工作，保证设备重复性和保证能力；
4、负责车身数据检测、数据分析、尺寸改进方案的制定及改进实施工作；
5、负责车身尺寸匹配、车身精度质量改进工作，保证白车身尺寸精度及整车内外饰DTS目标达成；
6、负责根据DTS目标及产品结构进行尺寸链分析，并制定优化方案。
任职要求：
1、专科及以上，机械、汽车等相关专业；3年以上尺寸工程匹配相关工作经验；
2、熟悉白车身结构、焊接工艺及焊接流程；
3、熟悉总装匹配工作；
4、能够根据尺寸链及产品结构，制定车身及总成、单件的定位基准；
5、能够熟练使用CATIA，Office等设计分析软件。
