Responsibility 岗位职责

• Regularly observe the retail fit out operations of the contractor to check progress and quality are in compliance with the current programs (including short term planning and Contract program).

• Monitor Supervision company reports, inspections and remedial actions in retail fit out part.

• Support Colliers PjM’s commercial staff in managing change control and valuation of variations.
支持高力PjM的商务人员管理变更控制和变更估价。
• Monitors with the Employer, Contractor and Supervision Co. the retail fit out equipment and materials approval process to ensure compliance with the ER and program.
与雇主、承包商和监理公司一起监控设备和材料的审批过程，以确保符合ER和进度计划。
Task:
• Bidding-prepare the technical document and participate the employer interview, coordinate with function department to get new project.
投标--准备技术文件并参加雇主面试，协调职能部门获得新项目。
• Implementation-take full responsibility for the retail fit out part of project implementation including design, tendering, application for government approval, kickoff preparation, construction, completion and guarantee period.
实施--全面负责项目的实施，包括设计、招标、申请政府批准、启动准备、施工、竣工和质保期。
• Design-support the function department to produce the design brief, review the design proposal from DI and join the design review meeting.
设计-协助职能部门编写设计概要，审核设计院的设计方案，参加设计审核会。
• Tendering-conduct the tendering including pre-qualification, document preparation, tendering issuance, on-site survey, opening, inquiry and answer, submission of assessment report to recommend the qualified contractor.
招标--进行招标，包括资格预审、编制文件、发放标书、现场勘察、开标、询问答疑、提交评标报告，推荐合格的承包商。
• Construction kickoff-arrange and monitor the preparation of temporary water, electricity, drainage, communication and road by contractor or employer.
施工启动--安排和监控承包商或雇主做好临时供水、供电、排水、通讯和道路的准备工作。
• Construction-Manage and monitor the site activity for retail fit out part among employer, supervision and contractor, as well as the project construction to achieve the project target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and HSE compliance. Manage the change of work scope and the variation valuation.

• Completion inspection-coordinate the inspection and acceptance activity, identify and document the key lessons and achievements, conduct the document filing.

• Based on Colliers PjM’s project management process, coordinate and deploy company resource in a cost-effective way to fully deliver the scope of Colliers PjM service and to get the employer satisfaction.

• Draft retail fit out related project plan and project report, join project meeting, review and release the document issued to all related party after the confirmation from PM.
起草相关的项目计划和项目报告，参加项目会议，审核并经PM确认后向各相关方发布文件。

Qualifications 任职要求

At least 3 years of relevant work in retail fit out, structure engineering or construction management in project management and Degree of interior design, structure engineering or construction management.
Has working knowledge of China HSE requirements and China construction code.
至少3年以上零售业装修、结构工程或施工管理的相关工作。室内设计、结构工程或施工管理学位并熟悉中国HSE要求、中国施工规范。
In addition to that you will bring:
• Familiarity with government approvals process.

• Moderate in both written and spoken English.
中等的英语书面和口语水平。
• IT literate and Autocad 2000 experienced.
