奇昊汽车系统（苏州）有限公司位于苏州工业园区，是德国奇昊集团在中国投资的第一家独资公司，成立于2006年7月，公司占地面积40,000平方米； 2013年成立沈阳工厂。
奇昊汽车采用先进的成型、连接和表面处理技术，专注于生产各种高精密的汽车冲压成型件及其焊接金属模块，如前后保险杠，仪表盘横梁，底盘，前端和其他白车身件等。在中国的主要客户为华晨宝马、捷豹路虎，理想和沃尔沃等。奇昊苏州已通过IATF16949和ISO14001认证。

The KIRCHHOFF Group traces back to the company Stephan Witte, that was founded in 1785 to produce sewing needles in Iserlohn. For four generations owned by the KIRCHHOFF family, the group today consists of four business areas: KIRCHHOFF Automotive, KIRCHHOFF Ecotec, WITTE Tools, and KIRCHHOFF Mobility with 57 manufacturing facilities in 22 countries and more than 13,500 employees worldwide .

KIRCHHOFF Automotive (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is located in Suzhou Industrial Park where it’s the first individual proprietorship enterprise with 100% foreign investment by the KIRCHHOFF Group in China. It was established in July, 2006，company covers an area of 40,000 square meters . In 2013, the Shenyang factory was established.
With our core technologies of technical development, light weight construction, global project management, forming, joining and surface treatment we produce for example front and rear bumpers, cross car beams, chassis parts, frontend structure and other body-in-white. Our main customers in China are BBA, JLR, Li Auto and Volvo etc. Kirchhoff Suzhou has passed IATF16949 and ISO14001 certification.
