Responsibilities:
• Project Documentation
• Spare parts inventory handling
• Assist the System Analysts to collect the day-to-day operation data
• Assist project team lead to handling the day-to-day and ad-hoc activities related to ticketing application systems
• Manage all documentations, including requirement specifications, SA&D and application maintenance documentations including job control documents included Work Instruction and documents version control
• Follow procedures, instructions and checklists to complete tasks with good quality
• Orders & Procurement Support
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications & Skill Requirement:
• Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2 years project experiences
• Experience of support programming and application support
• Experience with collect data, programming and/or scripting, and, etc.,
• Experience on Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, Words, PowerPoint and, etc.,
• Basic knowledge on notebook, desktop, handheld devices, and, etc.,
• Possess a technical background in system administration and operation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
