职责描述：
1 根据客户要求制定产品设计方案并释放，主要指3D, 2D数据、产品技术方案等，并进行设计偏差分析、ECR 实施，D-FMEA维护更新等
Create and release product design concept acc. to requirement spec. include 3D, 2D data, product tech. design concept, etc. And perform design deviation analysis, ECR implement, D-FMEA
2 车身及高低压线束2D&3D发布，高压连接器、铜排设计开发工作
Body harness, HV and LV wiring harness, 2 d & 3 d release, high pressure connector, busbar design development work
3 样机线束调试和支持
HV Wiring harness prototype building and support
4 根据客户需要提出电气系统的性能和参数要求。负责电气系统对内、对外技术接口的衔接和协调工作
According customer request recommend performance and parameters of electrical system. Responsible for the electrical system internal and external technical windows communication and coordination
5 与全球设计中心及兄弟工厂沟通协调，共同完成设计方案
Communicate with global design center and sister company design center to develop the design solution
6 处理公司内部或客户邮件
dispose Mail which come from inside company or customers
7 跟踪新开发产品试制过程
Tracking the trial production process of newly developed products
8 上级领导交付的其他任务
Other tasks assigned by manager

任职要求：
1 学历和专业Degree and Majority
(1) 本科，汽车行业两年以上相关工作经验，机械设计/机械电子等相关专业
Bachelor degree or above，with relevant working experience, major in mechanical design/mechanical electronics, etc
2 培训和资历 Training and Qualification
(1) 熟悉产品流程设计
Be familiar with the process of product design
(2) 熟悉汽车行业线束、连接器、线圈或传感器等零部件产品流程设计
Be familiar with the process of wire harness/connector/coil or sensor product design
(3) 熟悉高低压零部件电气特性，有低压、高压电气设计经验优先
Familiar with HV and LV electrical components characteristics, and more experience of HV and LV component design preferred
3 工作经验Years of Working Experience
(1) 3年及以上高低压线束及连接器开发工作经验，参与过完整的新能源汽车电气系统设计项目开发
3 years or above working experience in HV harness and connector development, participated in the full development of NEV electrical system design project
