Responsibilities:
1. Assist PM/CM/SPE to regularly observe the operations of the contractor to check progress and quality are in compliance with the current programs.
2. Assist PM/CM/SPE to monitor Supervision company reports, inspections and remedial actions.
3. Assist PM/CM/SPE to monitors with the Employer, Contractor and Supervision Co. the equipment and materials approval process to ensure compliance with the ER and programme.
4. Produce weekly report, monthly report, meeting minutes and related document, maintain the project filing work based on filing system.
Qualifications
1. Degree of Civil Engineering or Construction management or M&E Engineering with 0-3 years working experience (or internship).
2. Has basic knowledge of China’s HSE requirements and China construction codes.
3. Ability to understand and apply Employer Requirements.
4. Problem solving and communication skills.
5. Basic report writing ability in Chinese and English.
6. Understanding of Colliers PjM’s responsibilities on the project.
