Job Description:
Receive customer authorization letters, contact and arrange customer shipment matters;
Arrange full process operations such as booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, and bill of lading confirmation;
Produce documents such as sea and air transport documents;
Good communication with customers.
Job requirements:
Logistics related major, familiar with international freight import and export business;
CET 4 or above, able to independently communicate with overseas agents in writing;
Good communication and coordination skills, follows leadership arrangements, and a strong sense of responsibility.
工作描述:
接收客户委托书,联系安排客户出货事宜；
安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、提单确认等全程操作；
制作海运空运单证等文件；
与客户有良好的沟通。
岗位要求:
物流等相关专业，熟悉国际货运进出口业务；
英文4级以上，能独立与海外代理进行书面沟通；
具有良好的沟通、协调执行能力，听从领导安排，责任心强。
