Main Tasks


• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Report to senior leadership, providing regular updates on digital marketing performance and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
• Oversee the development and optimization of all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Drive customer engagement and brand awareness through effective digital campaigns.
• Provide strategic input into website and mobile app functionality, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Utilise data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.


Requirements


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing
• Proven leadership experience in digital marketing roles.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate high-level goals into actionable digital strategies.
• Exceptional team management skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels within the organization.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Flexibility and willingness to "roll up the sleeves" and actively contribute to execution when needed.
