Main Responsibility:
Lead the scrap attack team, aiming to fulfill the yearly scrap 4 and rework target.Closely work together with respective sections and other functional departments and Business Teams to stablize process, maintain and improve the machine and process acceptance procedures, establish and implement work instructions, confirm specifications and quality requirement. Prepare, do and support Capability Studys, develop and promote new technical solutions for continuous improvement.Lead process enginners, develop team capabiliity of problem solving and coopration with others. build net work with central and other plants.
1. MAP, PAP & Change Management
- be responsible for the MAP (Machine Acceptance Procedure /PAP (Process Acceptance Procedure) and Recipe Management of the respective area, as listed but not limited to major change of the process, new article introduction, new equipment
- be responsible for leading problem solving during the MAP and PAP phase
- Be responsible for optimizing and improving the work instruction and all other technical information of respective area needed for stablizing series production and continuous process improvement
2. Series production problem solving
- Lead or coordinate plant's urgent or critical scrap rework related case in HP and Mixing
3. Efficiency
- Cooperate with respective production section and contribute to improving productive efficiency of the respective section. Define measures to improve process to maximum utilization rate of machine and eliminate all kinds of waste.
- As listed but not limited to SPA, 5S, other helpful instruments and optimation of parameters with respect to quality
4. Series production process stability
- Lead the process stabilization index check of respective area at a random frequency. Thus assure an index of respective production area for continious improvement;
- Utilize tools as listed but not limited to SPC(SPC:Statistical Process Control), SPA(Small Project Approach), 5S, other helpful instruments and optimation of parameters with respect to quality;
- Contribute to the problem solving of respective area in the series production phase, be responsible for finding out technical solution for big problems through communication with central PE or what else is needed
5. People Management
- Ensure subordibates been well trained
- Ensure subordibates been well coached to cooprate with others and deal with work conflict
- Support engineers' career plan & development
6. Net Working
- Build the net work with central and other conti plant
- Build strategic relationship with cross functions within plant.
Job Requirements:
- College degree, prefer to major in Machinary / Electricity or Chemistry/polymer
- 10 years manufacturing experiences, 5 years rubber production process
- 5years working experience for improvement of tire production
- 2-3 years experience of leaing Projects
- preferred 2 years international working experience
