Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:

1. Drive GMV and seller business growth
2. Partner closely with suppliers/ sellers, communicating changes in policy or processes in a timely manner. Listen to their pain points and drive for operation excellence to improve seller and customer experience.
3. Monitor seller performance against set KPIs. Drive for improvements.
4. Understand retail market key initiatives and drive seller engagement.
5. Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business.
6. Conduct business analysis, seek areas of improvement.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:

1. Relevant experience in the e-commerce and/or related industries with 1-2 years seller management experience. Proven track record of managing relationships and / or projects.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
3. Able to manage large amounts of data. Establishes efficient processes in order to make sound decisions.
4. Able to work under pressure, takes ownership, Manages multiple projects well. Willing to grow with the business.
5. Proficiency in oral and written English and local language.
6. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
