工作目标 Objectives:
1. 确保客户投诉快速反应
Ensure customer compliant quick response
2. 依照ISO9001的标准,维持一个稳定高效的退回品管理系统
Maintain a returned material management System according to ISO9001
工作任务 Tasks:
1. 负责客户投诉的处理,完成8D报告并和客户沟通
Responsible for customer complaint, complete the 8D report and communicate with customer.
2. 负责失效产品(PCBA)的分析,和跨部门合作寻找根本原因,制定合适的短期、长期纠正措施
Responsible for product failure analysis, Work with other departments to establish root cause; appropriate short/long term corrective actions.
3. 负责客户审核的组织安排,会议主持,内部沟通协调,及改进报告的撰写
Responsible for customer onsite audit, organize the meeting and internal communication, and improvement report writing.
4. 负责和客户的定期沟通,针对客户的需求组织内部改善,提高客户满意度
Responsible for regular communication with customers, organized internal improvement according to customers' needs, and improved customer satisfaction.
5. 维护和更新每月的KPI
Maintain and monthly KPI report.
6. 执行和开发预防性项目来减少缺陷
Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 机械、电子或相关专业本科及以上学历,三年以上质量相关工作经历
Bachelor degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics or equivalent, with at least 3 year’s quality relevant experience.
2. 熟悉PCBA失效分析,了解电路原理图,会使用示波器,万用表等设备查找失效元件,及失效原因分析
Familiar with PCBA failure analysis, understand circuit schematics, can use oscilloscope, multimeter and other equipment to find failure components, and failure cause analysis.
3. 熟悉ISO 9000, TS16949过程控制方法,有审核经验者更佳
Familiar with requirement of process control in ISO9000 & TS16949 series standard, Audit experience is preferred.
4. 动手能力强,高度的责任心和自我能动性,有良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神
Solid in hand, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills.
5. 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力,熟练操作计算机
Fluent in English communication (both written & oral), good command of computer skills.
