RESPONSIBILTY:
1. Drive business and achieve sales target, push sell through of products
2. Ensure sales data properly reported, and follow up actions to improve sales performance & resolve issues
3. Daily store maintenance and management, including VM, staffing & stock; maintain a high standard of store image
4. Enforce and monitor the uniformity of company policies and SOP
5. Recruit, retain and coach a strong and stable sales team, work with training team to ensure sales staff have strong ability & high motivation to sell successfully
6. Monitor and ensure excellent service provided to customers in stores
7. Work closely with other functions to guarantee smooth daily operation in stores
8. Build up good relationship with landlord and related financial management in stores and strive for seeking more brand exposure resource
9. Follow up progress of new store openings, closure and renovation projects, support Retail Operations Manager to find potential and promising locations for opening new stores
REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree or above
2. 5+ years of retail operation experience in department store/shopping mall/outlets, multi-store management experience is preferred
3. Strong experience in business development
4. Good communication and negotiation skill
