Perform daily work of HR operations in China; provide high quality and professional services to HR clients and employees; participant in HR operations standardization construction, process and system optimization and system gradually improvement; support and cooperate closely with all HR functions.

• Monthly Payroll Administration, work with HR teams and ADP on payroll data verification, sign off payroll report, process payroll payment.
月度工资核算，与HR团队和ADP协作进行数据整理、报表签核、工资支付等全流程工作。
• Perform HR operations processes in HRIS system and ensure accurate data maintenance in the system, including on boarding, separation, employment, employment contract and agreements, social welfares and IIT, personal information, etc.
负责员工在人力资源系统中的信息建档和维护，包括入离职、晋升调岗等工作情况变动、劳动合同及协议的管理、社保公积金及个税缴纳地、个人情况更新等。
• Support global teams and China HR team on HRIS system enhancement, application and implementation in China, including daily troubleshooting, upgrade/patch test, issue analysis of integration with other systems, new requirement collection and analysis on how to translate the system functionality.
协助HRIS相关系统在中国区的实施及应用支持，与美国总部相应团队及中国区HR团队密切合作，包括系统的日常问题解决、升级测试、与其他集成系统的问题分析与解决、新业务情形分析及系统应用的实现、新项目实施等。
• Support the implementation of benefit programs.

• Support on compensation related task;

• Be responsible for streamlining HR operations processes and operation specifications, regularly reviewing and optimizing to ensure them run effectively and efficiently.

• Carry out data analysis and provide corresponding reports to support HR strategy and professional services
