Responsibilities:
* Conceptualise and implement business plans
* Responsible for the achievement of profitability and investment targets
* Identify, structure, negotiate and secure new projects for investment or development purposes
* Develop strong networks and relationships with investors/business partners
* Originate and plan acquisition of residential or business parks as well as develop exit strategies；
* Explore joint venture opportunities and / or strategic alliances as directed by the company from time to time；
* Evaluate and structure investment proposals, and conduct market reviews and feasibility studies.
* Drive and lead negotiation for pricing and terms and bring the deals to fruition as well as coordinate with relevant internal and external parties on matters relating to new investments or existing assets;
* Review and recommend investment, divestment strategies and to support the execution of such strategies
* Securing financing and closing investment deals
* Sourcing of land and planning and executing development projects
* Oversee market / customer research and analysis, keep abreast with industry and market trends to develop Investment / divestment strategies and policies that are aligned to the overall business strategy
* Lead and oversee a team of Investment staff and manage administrative matters and other assigned responsibilities
* Prepare business proposals including cash flow and financial analysis, presentations and approval papers to Senior Management, Board of Directors and Investment Committee are pre-requisites of the job.
Requirement:
• Responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities in the real estate market across diversified asset classes including but not limited to commercial, retail, business park, industrial and logistics, lodging and residential.
• Lead the investment team in the Greater China, managing the whole lifecycle investment: origination-execution-asset management -exit.
• Coordinate with agencies and service providers including legal, brokers, financial advisors and consultants;
• Prepare financial analysis and investment performance reports for stakeholders, and negotiate with counter party；
• Evaluate and underwrite potential transactions.
