Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain company/group investor relations, via good interaction with both institutional investors covering banks, trusts, various funds, family offices, insurance companies etc. for debt/equity fundraising
• Brand company image in the capital market properly with continuous update and marketing of progress and execution of fundraising projects
• Sort out and analyze investor information on dynamic management to keep in line with company/group development strategy under various operating conditions of industry trends
• Assist the fund managers to conduct research and analysis of the industry the capital market, the strategy, and the execution
• Assist in commercial and documentation work for domestic and overseas financing by following compliance requirements


Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in finance, economics, law etc. overseas experience is preferred
• Eight years or above work experience in the capital market (financing), and have strong financial analysis capabilities and industry research capabilities
• IR work in listed companies and/or foreign investment bank work experience is highly preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills with capability to work under pressure in fundraising projects
• Good command of both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
