Job Responsibilities

- Planning and performing audits as audit manager or co-auditor in Greater China and globally.
- Develop improvement recommendations and actions.
- Assist in conducting special audits.
- Transparent and understandable documentation of audit results and preparation of audit reports.
- Presentation results to the audited area and management.
- Conduct follow-up audits.
- Assist in the improvement of existing audit processes, policies and tools.
- Participate in risk-based audit planning and preparation of the annual audit plan.
- Communicating with various stakeholders throughout the organization.

Qualifications Required

- University level with relevant professional qualifications.
- 3-5 years of chemicals industry/production experience is preferrable.
- Experience in independent project work and good at report writing and presentation.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of SAP and its modules.
- Good analytical and problem-solving proficiencies.
- Good command of oral and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel for national and international audit assignments.
- High level of initiative and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
