Job Responsibility
Accounting:
 Co-work with Accounting Manager on all GL tasks
 Ensure proper transaction accounting and reporting as agreed
 Build up and proceed quality control of accounting postings
 Receive and register invoices and payment requests timely.
 Sort and match invoices and payment requests according to FSSC service level agreement.
 Follow up and resolve the invoice discrepancy in timely manner.
 Reconcile payable balance with suppliers on regular basis and establish smooth communication channel with vendors
 Follow up and resolve the past due payable and long-outstanding accrual liability
 Account for receivable bookkeeping in ERP system with sufficient supporting as voucher preparation & archiving.
 Follow up, collection and allocation of customer payments
 Check and resolve the discrepancy with customer service before actual billing in local BU.
 Review the billing before sending out.
 Reconcile receivable balance with customers on regular basis and help customer service to establish smooth communication channel with customers

Closing & Reporting:
 Prepare the timely & quality GL related account reconciliations in line with PRC reporting.
 Prepare monthly IFRS BS, PL and other reports (IS, fixed cost, Miscellaneous Expenses, etc.) for BU Controlling, FP & A analysis.
 Update HFM report before the deadline of global reporting.
 Provide base data for tax reporting purpose if in need.
 Monitor the inter-company reconciliation and update in HFM without differences.
 Perform the regular accrual and related reversal, amortization and FX revaluation.
 Monitor and drive the month-end closing with daily closing status report.
 Prepare quarterly Balance Sheet Review and monitor BS account movements, timely resolve pending issues and close the gaps.
 Assist the internal & external audit.
 Prepare the timely & quality accounts payable related account reconciliations
 Produce the monthly accounts payable reports for BU working capital analysis.
 Help BU for the PPV analysis
 Reconcile inter-company transactions and follow up the reconcile items
 Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Others:
 Ensure cooperation with other departments within the organization: cooperative and team spirit.
 Be active on the continuous improvement about finance procedure and join the related innovation project as key person


Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
 At least 5 years or above related experience in multi-national company.
 Knowledge in GL & Reporting fields, he/she oversees or knows about general ledger and has accountant’s disposition.
 Be familiar with ERP system (i.e. Navision, Oracle, HFM, SAP etc.)
 Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin suitable for daily communications.
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power-Point
 Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, able to work with limited supervision.
 Ability to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure/tight deadlines
 Problem solver with service attitude, willing to adapt for internal and external client’s need
 Possess analytical mindset & business sense
