Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition 招聘（60%）:

Maintain and develop the effective recruiting channels variously to touch target applicants efficiently and economically.
维护和开发各种有效的招聘渠道，以完成公司招聘目标
Continuously drive the recruitment process further improvement of efficiency.
持续推动招聘流程改进，进一步提高招聘效率
Responsible for recruiting projects such as campus recruitment and employer branding etc.
负责招聘项目，如校园招聘和雇主品牌项目等
Manage the social media operations in employer branding promotion and recruitment activities.
在雇主品牌推广和招聘活动中管理社交媒体业务
Consolidating and updating regular recruitment data reports.
整合并更新定期招聘数据报告

Talent Development 员工发展（20%）

Develop and implement Local learning program and support business in talent/leadership development needs
根据当地业务需求以及人才发展计划设计开发培训项目
Manage performance management process to ensure high performance culture
管理绩效考核流程以保证高绩效文化
Maintain competence model/matrix to standardize the career development.
管理能力模型及矩阵来支持员工职业发展

Employee Relation 员工关系（10%）

Design annual staff events calendar and ensure high quality staff event to engage staff properly
制定年度员工活动计划表，保证高质量的员工活动
Implement caring culture of MHP via different HR initiatives and ensure employee satisfaction in a healthy level
通过HR的工作来落实公司的关怀文化，以保证员工的高满意度

HR Admin 行政（10%）

Manage labor contract and employee filing matters
劳动合同及员工档案的管理
Handle entry and exit, including but not limited to on-boarding account creation, termination, internal transfer, hiring foreigners, etc.
入离职的办理，包含新员工账号的建立，离职手续，转岗和外国人就业等
Take charge of residence platform management and Hukou application
居住证和户口等事宜处理
Take care other projects assignment by manager

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years HR relevant working experience
8年及以上HR相关工作经验
Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
5+ years recruitment experience in consulting firm
5年以上咨询公司招聘经验
HRBP experience in High Tech company is preferred
高科技公司HRBP经验优先
Nice to have Auto Industry experience
汽车行业经验
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
良好的沟通技巧及组织能力
Highly developed sense of responsibility. Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
高度的责任感。积极主动，能够承受工作压力
Fluent in English both written and speaking
